The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Use of the mas77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all bonuses forfeited, and deposits returned to the originating payment method.
• Residency: The Services of mas77 are primarily intended for players resident in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence. Individuals who are under legal guardianship or have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through mas77's responsible gaming tools or imposed by another gambling platform, regulatory body, or court order.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active account on mas77 at any given time. Registration of a second account — whether under the same identity or a different name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, complete, and current.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure without refund of any balance.
• Password Security: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password and for keeping it confidential. mas77 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension pending re-verification.
• No Account Sharing: Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Access to your account by any other person, whether a family member, friend, or commercial service, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting mas77 customer support. Pending wagers will be settled; any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard processing checks.

mas77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

• Required Documents: Government-issued national identification card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address (issued within the last 90 days), and a clear selfie photograph holding the ID document adjacent to the player's face.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 1 hour during business hours (WIB). In exceptional circumstances, verification may take up to 24 hours. Confirmation is sent to the registered email address upon approval.
• Ongoing Verification: mas77 may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due-diligence obligations, particularly where unusual transaction patterns are identified or where a player's account activity triggers automated risk controls.
• Failure to Verify: If a player fails to complete KYC within 30 calendar days of registration, or fails to provide requested documents within 7 days of a specific request, mas77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges or close the account.

All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions on mas77.

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mas77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the responsible gaming settings. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Failed Transactions: mas77 is not liable for failed deposit transactions caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or technical errors outside mas77's control. Contact customer support with your transaction reference if a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. mas77 is committed to processing eligible withdrawals promptly and transparently.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice.
• Verification Prerequisite: Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Processing Times: For verified accounts, withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. During scheduled maintenance windows or peak periods, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 7 and on the individual bonus offer page. Real-money deposits (non-bonus funds) are withdrawable at any time, subject to verification completion.
• Withdrawal Fees: mas77 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Third-party charges imposed by banks or payment processors are outside mas77's control and are the responsibility of the player.

mas77 offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount (the exact multiplier is stated on each offer page), which must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the requirement is not met within the stipulated period.
• Eligible Games: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution — check individual promotion pages for specifics.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports market is Rp 500.000, or 10% of the outstanding bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and derived winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while another is outstanding will forfeit the preceding bonus balance.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players on their first qualifying deposit. It may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who opt out of the welcome bonus at registration cannot reclaim it thereafter.
• Abuse and Fraud: mas77 employs automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, and exploitation of software errors. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated winnings voided.

The following rules govern participation in all games and betting markets offered on the mas77 platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mas77. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected manipulation, technical error, or where accepting the bet would constitute a breach of applicable regulations.
• Odds and Results: In sports betting, odds quoted at the time a bet is placed are binding for that wager. Results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body. In cases of dispute, the governing body's ruling takes precedence.
• Abandoned Events: Bets on sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time is completed will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are independent of previous game outcomes. RTP figures published on the platform represent long-run theoretical averages over millions of rounds, not guaranteed results per session.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round will be voided and any wager for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. mas77 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. mas77 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with 24 hours' notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mas77 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Registering more than one account per person, household, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by mas77.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in poker or live casino contexts, to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to accounts held by other players, or reverse-engineering any part of the mas77 platform.

mas77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and seek assistance if gambling ceases to be a form of entertainment.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing them harm may request permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Requests must be submitted to customer support in writing.
• 21+ Policy: mas77 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit source.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the mas77 platform without express written authorisation.
• Game content is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. All rights in such content remain with the respective licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mas77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Financial losses incurred through participation in games or betting markets on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency platform maintenance.
• Failures of third-party systems including banking networks, e-wallet platforms, or internet service providers.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even where mas77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mas77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law.

In the event of a dispute between a player and mas77, we encourage resolution through our customer support channel in the first instance. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and endeavours to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
